It seems that there is not a day that goes by in Mexico where there is not a some sort of event of festival that takes place. Mexico offers both religious celebrations and cultural events that allow a visitor to truly emmerse themselves in the Mexican culture. The Todos santos art festival began in 1997. It takes place at end of January or the beginning of February and is funded by the government, the Art Festival brings folk dancing, music, artists and theatre performance to Todos Santos. The festival takes place all week long in the Profesor Nestor Cultural Center.
