HDI Seguros Mexico Car Insurance Coverage
Physical Damage and Total Theft of Your Vehicle
HDI Mexico Car Insurance policies protect you in the event that you vehicle is stolen. You are covered up to the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the Vehicle less the deductable, also coverage is provided in the event of Fire, Lightning, Strikes, Riots, Natural Disasters such as cyclone, hurricane, hail, earthquake, volcanic eruption, avalanche. Towing and repair services are also covered. Partial theft is not covered, however HDI offer a Premier package that covers partial theft.
Civil Liability for Property Damage and for Bodily Injury to Third Parties
This coverage protects you in the event you cause bodily injury or property damage to third parties. Coverage is available up to $500,000 U.S. Combined Single Limit for damages you do to others.
Medical Expenses for Occupants of the Insured Vehicle
HDI Mexico Car Insurance policies will pay medical expenses of the driver and occupants of the vehicle in Mexico for injuries sustained in a covered cause of loss. Mexico car liability insurance coverage is available up to $20,000 for each injured party but not more than $100,000 for all occupants combined.
MOTORCYCLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICAL EXPENSE COVERAGE. Medical Payments coverage is excluded for motorcycles, thus this Clause does NOT apply to Motorcycles.
Guaranteed Bond and Legal Assistance
Through this service, the Mexico Car Insurance Company will provide professional assistance of lawyer to defend and represent him/her in the presence of the relevant authorities as a consequence of a road accident while traveling in in Mexico. Furthermore, The Mexican Insurance Company will cover the amount of the bail bond or guarantee, up to the limit of liability. These services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
International Medical Assistance
In the event that the client contracts an illness or suffers an accident, and if the medical team agrees, the client should ask for land, air, and international air transportation to hospitals in San Diego, CA and Houston, TX.
Roadside Assistance While in Mexico
Our Mexico Car Insurance policies includes certain types of travel assistance, including medical assistance, tourist information, vehicle towing service up to a maximum amount of $300.00 USD, tire repair, locksmith etc.
Mexico Car Insurance Policies provide Tourist Assistance
Through HDI Seguros Call Center, The Mexico Car Insurance Company will provide the Client with the following information: location and charge of tollbooths on the main highways of Mexico, gas stations, highways in the Mexican Republic and the best or shortest routes between two cities. Telephone numbers and addresses of vehicle pounds and Police Stations within the Mexican Republic. They will provide the following tourist information:
- Formalities, visas, documents
- Exchange rates
- Weather
- Local customs
- Main holidays
- Sports facilities & sports competitions
- Ticket-selling agencies
- Children attractions
- Shopping centers
- Shows and exhibitions

Optional HDI Seguros Premier Package
