Physical Damage and Total Theft of Your Vehicle
ANA Car Insurance in Mexico policies protect you in the event that you vehicle is stolen. You are covered up to the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of the Vehicle less the deductable, also coverage is provided in the event of Fire, Lightning, Strikes, Riots, Natural Disasters such as cyclone, hurricane, hail, earthquake, volcanic eruption, avalanche. Towing and repair services are also covered. Partial theft is not covered.
Civil Liability for Property Damage and for Bodily Injury to Third Parties
This coverage protects you in the event you cause bodily injury or property damage to third parties. Coverage is available up to $300,000 U.S. Combined Single Limit for damages you do to others.
Medical Expenses for Occupants of the Insured Vehicle
ANA Car Insurance in Mexico policies will pay medical expenses of the driver and occupants of the vehicle in Mexico for injuries sustained in a covered cause of loss. Mexico car liability insurance coverage is available up to $5,000 for each injured party but not more than $25,000 for all occupants combined.
MOTORCYCLES ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR MEDICAL EXPENSE COVERAGE. Medical Payments coverage is excluded for motorcycles, thus this Clause does NOT apply to Motorcycles.
Guaranteed Bond and Legal Assistance
Through this service, the Car Insurance in Mexico Company will provide professional assistance of lawyer to defend and represent him/her in the presence of the relevant authorities as a consequence of a road accident while traveling in in Mexico. Furthermore, The Mexican Insurance Company will cover the amount of the bail bond or guarantee, up to the limit of liability. These services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Roadside Assistance
Our Car Insurance in Mexico policies includes certain types of travel assistance, including medical assistance, tourist information, vehicle towing service up to a maximum amount of $300.00 USD, tire repair, locksmith etc.
